If you sit with this discomfort, instead of dismissing it or the person sharing their discomfort, this uncomfortable feeling can lead you into solidarity with others who have been deceived and manipulated.

What the cross was for Jesus - as our humble circumstances may be for us - is a place of presence. An invitation to trust in Someone bigger than our present circumstances.
