St. Clement’s Church is situated on the territory of the Anishnawbe Confederacy, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Wendat Nation, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. This land is the subject of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, a Treaty between the Anishnawbe Confederacy, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and allied nations to peaceably share and care for the life of the Great Lakes. We give thanks for the land on which we gather and are committed to walking the path of truth and  reconciliation with ears to hear and hearts to change.
