Windows
The installation of approximately 100 windows is now taking place. These will cover all church windows with the exception of the stained glass in the sanctuary and those in Canon Nicholson Hall. And these new windows also apply to the Early Learning School, which will provide safety and comfort for the children.

Organ Repair
As part of the full makeover for our main organ, the first in 15 years, we are also taking the opportunity to upgrade the electrical wiring and have installed a smoke detector in the fan room.
Lift Repair
The lift provides essential access to many of our worship and community spaces. Having experienced its impairment for some time, the mend will be completed in the early Fall.
Canon Nicholson Hall Kitchen
St. Clement’s has engaged a designer/architect for revamping the kitchen design and we are consulting with all the users of the Kitchen to evaluate these design viewpoints. We expect that proposals for kitchen contractors will be sought in the early Fall, with completion and restoration expected by mid-2025.
Various Repairs
Over the Briar Hill Wing, repairs are being made to the roof and eavestrough to prevent the continual leaking. We have engaged Enable Wellness to complete at detailed evaluation of our accessibility. Their report will assist us in improving the overall accessibility of the church as we move forward with the repairs and upgrade of our assets and to be in code compliance. In addition, these are the repairs that are being addressed, as mentioned in our previous July project update:
· Some small safety issues
· Heat sensors in the church basement
· Repair of exterior cement around the church
· Improving the catch basins at 65 & 67 St. Clement’s Ave.

Repainting of entry and door to 70 St. Clement’s Ave.
Your support in our Giving for Growth campaign is helping to maintain and preserve the structure of our revered St. Clement’s, for now and for our future. Stay tuned – there is more to come!!
