Music Ministry - Share your voice in worship! Sing in the 11am Classic Service choir or be part of our new 9:30am choir at the Relaxed Service. For details, email kadsett@stclementsto.ca.
Wednesday Community Lunch - Help us extend hospitality to our community. We’re always looking for volunteers to assist with food prep and serving. Email info@stclements.ca if you’d like to volunteer.
A/V - Help us stream Sundays! We're looking for passionate volunteers to join our A/V team. Contact A/V Production Coordinator at gcao@stclementsto.ca to learn more.
Readers & Intercessors - Readers are responsible for reading excerpts of the holy scripture aloud during services. Perfect for anyone comfortable reading aloud or wanting to improve their public speaking skills. Intercessors lead the prayers of the people as crafted by our clergy team, praying on behalf of everyone in the congregation. A wonderful opportunity to deepen your faith and strengthen your public speaking skills. Contact Robin Harmer at robin.harmer@sympatico.ca.
Welcome Team - The Welcome team is the first point of connection on a Sunday and includes both greeters and sides people. If you are enthusiastic about welcoming others, attentive, and eager to help, this is a great role to consider! For more info contact Robin Harmer at robin.harmer@sympatico.ca and Peter Ricketts at
Bakers - Add sweetness to Sunday fellowship! We welcome donations of cookies and baked goods for Coffee Hour. Drop off in the Briar Hill kitchen on Sundays, or bring them to the office during the week.
Children & Nursery Ministry
Kids ages 3–12 are welcome in the sunroom during the 9:30 & 11:00 am services for faith-filled fun through play, art, and imagination. They return to the sanctuary for communion. Families may also stay together in the pews or use the children’s area up front.
Our nursery (ages 4 & under) is open during both services with age-appropriate toys and crafts. Little ones rejoin caregivers for communion.
Youth Ministry
Youth ages 11–17 meet between services in the youth room for community, conversation, and prayer. Just head upstairs beside Canon Nicholson Hall or ask for directions!
