Allison has been serving as the Youth and Children’s Minister at St. Clement’s since August 2024. She brings more than a decade of experience working with children and youth in faith communities, including nine years at Manor Road United Church, where she served as Children’s Ministry Coordinator from 2015 to 2024. She is passionate about creating sacred space where children and youth can explore their faith, ask questions, and build meaningful connections with one another and with God. She is grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside children, youth, and families as they grow in faith together. 

Allison comes to this ministry with a background in music education, voice, and musical theatre, and she loves bringing creativity, joy, and music into her work with young people. She is energized by the curiosity, humour, and perspective that children and youth bring to the life of the church.
Outside of St. Clement’s, Allison enjoys spending time with her big, rowdy family, hanging out with her chocolate Lab, Hershey, and seeking out good food and good company. She believes that faith is nurtured through relationships, laughter, curiosity, and a strong sense of belonging.
