On Sunday, February 23rd we will be holding a single 10AM combined worship service, both in-person and livestreamed. Our annual general meeting (aka “Vestry”) will begin immediately following our service.  Please note that the Vestry meeting will be live-streamed for information purposes, but in order to vote, you will need to attend in-person.

 

Do you qualify to vote?

If you can say “yes” to the following declaration, you’re eligible.

Declaration:

"I solemnly declare that I have been a member of the Anglican Church of Canada and of this congregation for at least three (3) months, that I have attended regularly scheduled services of worship with this congregation at least three (3) times in the past year, that I am of the full age of sixteen (16) years and that I have not voted as a member of any other vestry during the previous three (3) months, nor do I intend to vote in any other vestry during the ensuing year".

The voter's list will be on the Welcome Hub on Sunday, February 9th & 16th.  You can check to see if your name is on the list or add it if the declaration applies to you.
